Is the Budget package really a one-time payment?

Yes! Pay £125 once and never pay again. No monthly fees, no renewal fees. Everything included for life – hosting, domain, and your website.
What's the difference between Budget and Premium?

Budget gives you a one-page website on a subdomain (yourname.justlocal.uk) with 1 month free support.
Premium gives you a full 5-page website on your own domain (yourname.co.uk) with ongoing support and alterations included.
Do I own my domain?

We register all domains in our name and pay for them. You get full use of the domain for your website. If you ever leave, we provide your website files and content free of charge.
Can I change my website later?

Yes! Budget customers get 1 month free support, then £20 per alteration.
Premium customers get alterations included as part of their yearly renewal.
What if I don't like the design?

We'll work with you to make it right. Each design is customised to your brand, and we're happy to make adjustments until you're 100% satisfied.
How long does it take to get my website live?

We build and launch your website in just 48 hours (once we have all your content). Not weeks or months – we know you need to get online fast.
Do I need technical skills to manage my website?

What if I want to upgrade from Budget to Premium later?

Do you offer refunds?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable (covers domain purchase, hosting setup, and work started). The final 50% is refundable only if we fail to deliver as promised.
